A relative of mine had been to Udaipur and stayed at the famous Garden hotel for three days. There are around only thirty rooms with the latest amenities and facilities like air conditioning, satelite television and internet. One can arrange special buffet or banquets in the hotel terrace and can even organize events like folk dance and music in the vast courtyard.
My relative find the Vintage and Classic Collection in the Garden hotel the most fascinating one. From old horse drawn carriages to Austin cars, from bicycle to the solar bike- a wide range of automobiles are displayed in the Vintage car crescent. The place also serves as dining hall for more than hundred guest.
Of course, you can stay at such a deluxe hotel only when you can forget about budgeting. But it's worth the money. Not in every hotel, you can experience regal way of living, see the classic old cars, watch the light and sound show and find yourself in the lap of greenery.
